Tailor-made qualitative research

What is qualitative research and what is it for?

Qualitative research helps you understand the why: the motivations, barriers, emotions and stories behind a decision. When the numbers tell you what is happening but not why, our work begins.

What types of qualitative studies do we carry out?

You can count on us for all kinds of studies. For example:

Exploratory and strategic studies

New opportunities and markets.

Advertising pre- and post-testing

Validate your campaigns before and after launch.

UX research

Understand how people experience your products and services.

Online communities

Sustained, in-depth listening.

Segmentation and target studies

Discover who you are really talking to.

User persona development

Give your audiences a face, a name and motivations.

Sociological and political studies

The social context surrounding your project.

Innovation and creativity sessions

Design and moderation.

End-to-end research or in phases?

We can take part in your study in whatever way you need: either leading it from start to finish or taking part in any phase.

  1. Design
    Objectives, approach and sample.
  2. Recruitment
    We reach the right profiles.
  3. Fieldwork
    Discussion guides and moderation.
  4. Analysis
We make sense of what we hear.
  5. Delivery
    Actionable report and presentation.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between qualitative and quantitative research?

Quantitative research measures how much and how often; qualitative research explains why. They complement each other: the numbers detect the pattern and qualitative research explains it.

Can you join a qualitative study that has already started?

Yes. We step in at any phase (recruitment, moderation, analysis or reporting) without needing to lead the whole project.

In which sectors do you have experience?

In a wide range of sectors, in Spain and abroad: banking, consumer goods, energy, pharma, automotive and mobility, technology, media, retail, the public sector and the third sector, among others.

Do you have a question that won’t leave you alone? So do we. Write to us and let’s research it together.
